Coming from a large working class family with 5 brothers i learned at an early age if I was gonna spend time with mom it was gonna be in her kitchen . A love for food quickly blossomed and realized that preparation and service was a deep felt love language.  Watching my dad's work ethic ,values , character and seeing mom make miracles on a shoe string budget inspired me through out my life. Fast forward 20 years, after a bad accident and a lengthy recovery  I  gained nearly 100 pounds.  I started a high protein diet  almost immediately realizing  i couldn't sustain the diet to the sheer Cost a beef, chicken, seafood and pork . Beginning my journey into finding high quality proteins at family friendly prices. After years of research and development, we hope to share the love, quality , value and commitment. with you....
